If you're not satisfied with a full report purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
Our orders are processed by our payment provider Paddle, the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your purchase receipt email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
